This book is commissioned with Zhejiang Children's Publishing House, will be published in late 2023. I created the illustrations in unique colour palatte and textures to differ from the printed books in the current market. Kaneko's poetry gave me a pure innocence of the true happiness, beauty and sadness of the world. So I tried to use bright colours, easy brushwork and abundent textures to create multi-layered atmosphere. The editor helped a lot with the book's childishness and free style.
